When love becomes your strength

The moon just shone brightly over the dark night sky casting a dreamy white light over the balcony filled with various kinds of colourful flowering plants.  Moreover, the tiny stars visible all over the sky here and there made the vast expanse of space look like a fairyland. This ethereal natural delight which is a visual treat for everybody amalgamated in perfection with the beautiful city and traffic lights on the street created by human beings. This dreamy scenario provided Dr. Kiran a perfect ambience to imagine about her future life in the United States of America (USA).

After a lot of visa troubles, Dr. Kiran finally got the golden chance at last to be united forever with her husband Dr. Karan in their land of dreams faraway. By watching the sky and admiring its mesmerizing beauty, she imagined of a life with her beloved and their child in California. The mysterious skyscape provided a wonderful canvas for her to visualize that she was admiring the beauty of Californian scenery at night with her dear Karan and a baby in her arms. She imagined the trio in future giving out squeals of delight by seeing a shooting star in the Californian sky.

She was just now impatiently waiting for her husband to arrive and soon she would jet off with him. Besides the joy of reuniting with her husband after a long period, she is also looking forward to her motherhood journey and the best thing is that she would be able to give birth to her baby with her husband by her side.

Dr. Kiran now tried to look if she would see a glimpse of the flight by which her husband is to return. Dr. Karan, who was working as a medical officer in a prestigious hospital in America, had to jet off within two days after getting married to her. Although she was terribly upset at having to part from her husband so soon, her woes were further heightened as her visa kept on getting delayed. Finally after one year, she breathed a sigh of relief and is now anticipating happily the return of her husband.

As she was waiting, she could not help but take a trip down memory lane back to the days when she and her husband were medical students. She also couldn't help curve her lips upward shyly even in solitude when she reminisced about their strange encounter. Kiran, who was a shy teenager then, was roaming around mindlessly trying to locate the venue of her classroom where she was supposed to attend her first lessons. It was that time that she came across Karan who was also perplexed about the location of their first class. The duo soon found what they were looking for with the help of their teachers.

After the first class got over, they started their first friendly conversation and were surprised to find that their names sounded almost similar. Soon the duo became best of friends and before they knew they were deeply in love with each other. From endless kinds of dates as lovebirds to finally become a power couple with a stellar career after marriage, life has been wonderful for them.

As she was enjoying herself thoroughly by getting immersed completely in her imaginative world, she heard a high pitch cry from her mother. She ran as fast as she could towards the source of the sound. When she was just about to ask her mother the reason for screaming out so loudly, she herself became numb. The television screen was just showing that the plane which returned from California had met with a deadly crash and all of them aboard it had died. It was now her turn to give a painful shriek and express her shock with loud cries.

As she sat near the dead body of her husband the next day, she didn't even respond to anyone but just kept on hugging it all the time without shedding any tears. It was only when she could feel the forceful pull of the ladies from behind her, she recovered from her shock. She then cried bitterly for some moments. As she began to experience severe pain in her body due to the stress that this unexpected tragedy had brought, she picked herself up with full strength, wiped her tears and decided to do her duty well as a parent and fulfill the dreams of their child.She also stopped crying as she knew that it would be detrimental for the health of the baby.

During the evening, as she stood watching the flames of the funeral pyre, she silently promised that she would play the role of a mother and father to her child and won't led her deep sadness affect him/her. Soon, Dr. Kiran became a mother of a boy and her strength became her source of power to bring her child Kush up well.
