The Culinary Art Of Hyderabadi Biryani


 

In the kitchen of hyderabad exists a culinary art.

Cravings of tongue buds available on Swiggy and Zomato cart.


 

The essence of biryani is meat.

It could be found in hotels as well as on Hyderabadi streets.


 

After felicitate marinate of meat with curd and spices.

Ignite the stove with bowl full of rice.


 

When the rice is 70 percent cooked.

Biryani is half way ready to be hooked.


 

Now add the rice to marinated meat.

The awaited culinary art is almost ready to be delighted like a treat.


 

Now garnish the rice topping with fried onions,mint,coriander leaves and lemon juice.

After few minutes the aroma of biryani gets diffuse.


 

Now serve the biryani with green chillies curry and yogurt.

After biryani,double ka meetha could be delightedly amused,a renowned Hyderabadi desert.
