Cereals contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for the smooth utilization of energy for body functions at a low cost and can be used by all categories of people in their daily diet (bread, rice, porridge) to maintain body strength. Use of Cereals in Breakfast

Cereals give the body the energy it needs throughout the day. This means that they not only contain complex carbohydrates but also provide light nutrients needed to fuel the body's various activities.
